Field Sales Agents (Nigeria)

Heritage is recruiting a small, elite team of Field Sales Agents to support the launch and expansion of G-Flakes into formal retail channels.

This role is only available in States where Heritage has direct presence — currently Lagos State and the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) — and is designed specifically for supermarket and organised retail penetration.

This is not door-to-door selling.
It’s strategic field sales, relationship-building, and territory ownership.

G-Flakes will launch initially in two major cities:

  • Lagos State

  • FCT – Abuja

Each city will be divided into two equal sales territories, with:

  • 1 Field Sales Agent per territory

That means:

  • 2 Agents in Lagos

  • 2 Agents in Abuja

  • Only 4 Field Sales Agent positions available in total

Once filled, territories will be closed.


Role Responsibilities

Field Sales Agents are self-employed partners responsible for driving retail adoption within their assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Visiting supermarkets, convenience stores, and selected small retailers

  • Identifying outlets within suitable consumer demographics

  • Initiating and managing conversations with store managers and purchasing managers

  • Introducing and positioning G-Flakes as a fast-moving retail product

  • Coordinating in-store sampling and product trials where possible

  • Building and maintaining long-term retail relationships

  • Seeking out bulk sales opportunities, including:

    • Party organisers

    • Event planners

    • Corporate or social events using G-Flakes as party favours — a fast-growing trend in Nigeria’s events sector
